Abstract

Currently school programs do not always effectively prepare educators and administrators for their future roles as teachers and principals. The purpose of this study is to address that problem. This mixed methods study will attempt to determine which components are necessary to create an effective professional development program for educators and administrators. We will also look at whether or not the coaching model is the best delivery system for professional development.
