Abstract

This project is a survey-based (perception) research study on sustainability practices in California. The project has a three-fold scope. First, it seeks to establish a cross-sectional evaluation (snapshot) of sustainability practices by mid-size and large organizations/companies/agencies located in California. Second, the project intends to develop a comprehensive list of challenges and best practices as they pertain to sustainability. Finally, the project seeks to test two hypotheses as they related to organizational size and organizational leadership vectors.
