Abstract
The purpose of this project was to examine the relationship between observed strengths and problems in two previous bioterrorism exercises and correlate them to strengths and problems observed during the Amerithrax Outbreak in the fall of 2001. The focus of the project was to identify parallels between the Amerithrax Outbreak and the tabletop exercises.
