Abstract
The collection of short stories presented in this thesis does not necessarily comprise the building blocks of a finished product, but are, rather, the result of an honest first effort at achieving a collection of short stories. Though lacking a solid sense of cohesiveness, these stories each explore, on one way or another, a concept of weightlessness, and the different connotations that spring forth from the word with regards to the context of each individual piece.
