Summary
Tom Rivera interviews Cecilia Cabrera along with her daughters Kathy Ornelas, Rebecca Moreno, and Ana Lemos. They were gathered for Rivera to discuss Cecilia Cabrera’s husband Tom, her daughters’ father. The family starts with how Cecilia and Tom had met and how Tom was in the service during World War II. Cecilia and her daughters talk about the family, epecially the grandparents and memories of the Depression. Cecilia also discussed local spots that are now long gone and memories of school. Her daughters each talk about their lives, memories in Colton, and what their roles or careers are. The interview ends with Rivera mentioning how Cecilia has previously discussed a donation in the form of a scholarship in her late husband’s name.
