Abstract

Sociocultural aspects influence media including comics. Differences come from views of what criminal behavior is culturally. Belgians have a “black and white” view: Americans see crime relative to motivations. Cultural perceptions of “crime” explain the ability to distinguish opinions on moral values and criminality.
