Description
Ernie Garcia, "batting," Ray Abril Jr. (sonny) "catching" circa 1937 in La Paloma barrio of south colton. Later on they both played on teams coached by Ray Abril, Sr. sonny served for 28 years on the colton joint Unified school district board, and retired from the san bernardino marshal's office. Ernie served on the rialto unified school district board for 9 years, and is professor Emeritus and former Dean of the School of edication at CSU, San bernardino. this was all before little league.
