Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the correlations between compassion fatigue (CF) and the quality of life among medical social workers. The types of clients that these social workers encounter have experienced oppression, abuse, violence and injustice and it can be a difficult and isolating aspect of work for many social workers.
