Abstract

The present study examined how the origin of an applicant's disability, the status of the job he/she was applying for and the level of test accommodation provided, influenced a participant's perception of what was a reasonable pre-employment testing accommodation. Additionally, how attributes of organizationsal members, such as age, education level and knowledge of ADA law influenced reasonableness of accommodation were examined.
