Abstract
The author is a female singer in a band who has performed all across the Southwest. In this project, she writes poems from the perspective of a Latina/Anglo woman. She likes to think the poetry inhabits that liminal world between ethnicities, between borders, genres and genders. It is her goal to make people feel less alone when they read her poetry, to question authority and the status quo.
