Abstract
"Coursing a Trail of Dead Bees" explores margins. The poems attempt to expose the spaces between societies, cultures, and selves. Through this collection, fading voices resurface and explore themes such as drug use, class division, fragmentation, and even destruction as possibly creative forces. There are many images in the poems that are cut and ripped from old magazines to form collages that emphasize recycling, taking on new meanings piece by piece.
