Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore parent satisfaction with the services provided to their child by West End Family Counseling Services located in San Bernardino, California. It is hoped that the information obtained will enhance the quality of mental health offered for children and make others aware of the importance of intervention and prevention early in a child's life.
