Description

In the early 1980's citizens of the Coachella Valley recognized the economic, cultural and social benefits that a four-year university would bring to the region and organized to meet that need. This document outlines the development of the Palm Desert Campus of CSUSB, from its roots as the Coachella Valley Center, through the completion of the Indian Wells Center for Educational Excellence on the site of the permanent campus.
